Cancellation and Refund Policy

Traction Power OÜ has full confidence in the wide range of services that we offer, and we are dedicated to providing exceptional and reliable results. Our goal is to establish a long-term, profitable, win-win relationship with our clients. We have a very high retention rate, and our first clients are still with us after almost three years. We make certain that we fully understand the work that is expected from us, and deliver best practice services or digital assets to our clients, thus reversal of any charges is not available for our clients.

Traction Power OÜ does not guarantee any refunds for the cancellation of its services, or for the return of digital assets sold. Traction Power OÜ does not offer any refund for services already delivered or any other miscellaneous charges which are non recoverable for Traction Power OÜ, and refunding them causes financial or time loss to Traction Power OÜ. All sales are final. There are also no refunds or credits of any kind for funds spent through third parties. The client is ultimately responsible for the the purchases made through our platform.

If you are from or located in a jurisdiction with laws that require us to provide refunds, and you proceed to place an order with us, you waive and forego all rights to a refund, no matter what other factors may be brought into consideration.

We do however offer store credit for paid actions that we couldn’t have completed (for example when a post got shadowed while we were still working on it), and when this happens the customer will get an email about it with more information on how to use the store credit. We reserve the right to apply penalties to credit acquired in this manner, in the situations when our work could not have continued because of something that the customer did.
